My name is Hewie Shengh, I’m 25 years old and for my whole adult life I had been stuck at 5’5. Life is tough when you’re not very tall, people treat you different…they may not show you the respect you deserve, they may even talk down to you.
Another thing you’ll notice is you don’t get as much attention from the opposite sex, you may even get rejected if you were to try to forge a relationship with someone significantly taller than you. It’s really messed up, but that’s just the world we live in!
This is why so many people look for ways to increase their height, even after they’ve stopped growing…
Now I’m in my mid 20’s yet I was still able to increase my height. It really doesn’t matter if you’re 20, 30, 40 or older, this will work regardless of age. The reason for this is because 35% of your height is contained in your spine and this can be decompressed.
Additionally, by supplementing with certain foods to increase human growth hormone and causing microfractures in your bones through certain exercises, you can create additional increases in height.
